Joanna's Journal

Friday afternoon, July 5

I had a late night last night, so I slept in and only went to one seminar today.

No rain yet, and it looks like there won't be any. A dry Cornerstone--that's one for the record books.

I got to chill under a nice shady tree at Rick and Lucie's and meditate a bit. (That's Christian meditation, not Eastern.) God and I are connecting this week. It's cool.

Friday evening, July 5

The Choir was so good--I love them even more now. The 77's rocked hard. It was the best I've heard from them ever, and the best concert I've heard at Cornerstone this year. Wow, wow, wow.

I got to meet Steve Hindalong for the first time. I just thanked him for the music, since I couldn't think of anything cool to say.

I couldn't go to bed early (like I'd planned) because of the fireworks. Oh, well--they were fun to watch.
